服务超好，前台不同时间值班的几个小姐姐说话都超有礼貌，而且很贴心，需要接机会仔细询问航班信息，特别是我落下了东西小姐姐专门致电告知并帮忙寄回，环境很棒，室内环境很有设计感，门面装潢很特别很让人喜欢，前台大厅还有养鱼的水池，房间内也让人感觉温馨！

今天出差到南阳，看到有家维也纳，尝试着住住看，一进大厅就看见很多免费得东西，不得不说老板很大气，而且前台的招呼声特别大，房间卫生也不错，总之很适合外出居住，值得推荐！

同等价位的话还是选这个酒店。我本来想住这个城市五星级酒店的，一看到都是开了很多年的老旧的酒店就没有兴趣了。因为我想挑选一个4星左右的。看了两三家都不如意，有的还评分挺高的。但是进了大堂一看那个格局就没有兴趣了。有的上了楼梯看的那个地毯脏不拉叽的，更是一点兴趣都没有，赶紧换。最后还是过来维也纳。设施虽然旧了一点点，但勉强还可以。按同样的价钱的话强烈推荐。空间够大，又有冰箱。这里的早餐服务特别热情，另外这里矿泉水随便你拿。还有小零食，小饼干呢。小孩子喜欢。
