  Great staff and welcoming. We had the loft room, spacious. Nice lobby bar and restaurant. Probably the best scrambled eggs I’ve had. The location is in the heart of downtown.

  Room didn’t look the same as what was pictured. Our room was overlooking their terrace where they were having some event with someone on a loud mic getting ppl to dance. We arrived from an exhausting travel day with that going late into the night and they had no room service. They have a pretty decent breakfast.

  The check in man was so great! I wish I got his name. But so welcoming and lovely, definitely best check in experience. Rooms were cozy, large bathrooms. Super central to everything. Great place to stay in Napa.

  Great location with free overnight parking in the garage around the back of the hotel. Everything in good shape, friendly staff, a welcome glass of wine in the lobby. Saturday night had great entertainment in the bar area. Overall good value as well.

  It's certainly a neat place. The rooms are nice and the restaurant is also very good and very convenient. The problem I had was one of noise. During my stay I was moved literally four times because of the noise. The front desk staff was nice enough, but some of the noise was coming from a very loud nightclub across the street, which would startup at 9:30PM and not stop until after midnight.
