酒店离宁波火车站不远，政府机关习惯用的酒店，设施稍老一些，早餐一般，但是300多元的房价还是不错的。

设施一般，比较陈旧，房间小，住的五楼，房间有异味！达不到四星的标准。
这地段相邻有挺多的住宿选择，面对面是华园宾馆，马路西面稍北是海俱大酒店，还有如家、汉庭等。同样的住宿条件，华园可要便宜几十块钱。
