非常方便，干净！ 距离会展中心10分钟步行行程，有512公车终点站，直接到天一阁风景区，也到月湖公园，对面就是宁波火车站。 楼下有便利店，宾馆后面有个大商场，4楼很多餐饮。 总之很方便，已经推荐给了我经常参展的小伙伴们。

房间比想象的小很多，写的是40平米，但是带公摊面积的，房间实际只有25平米吧。由于房间比较小，应该不能加床。阳光房两面都有窗，对面是行政大楼，旁边是工商银行，再过去一两公里有广场。房间设备比较新，位置也比较好找，但是空调很不给力，开了很久才会热起来。浴室花洒不太好调节好，有点烫。

帮朋友预定的。因为酒店位置靠近1号地铁福庆北路站，从火车站过来，很方便。酒店周边环境比较好，逛市政府广场，生态步道，图书馆，银泰，文化广场都比较近。在硅谷公馆北侧那栋大楼里面（好像是5楼）有地下停车场，店家还可以送停车券。室内环境挺好的（朝南有大窗户），还有厨房冰箱。40平米的还比较宽敞。没订过20平的，不清楚。

方便便宜的住宿地點，出地鐵站幾步路就可以到，周邊文化廣場也很熱鬧，不管是吃飯、飯後休閒都有很多選擇^_^

酒店位置、卫生不错，前台接待态度也好，出差常驻了。酒店边上便利店，餐馆很多，离市政近，晚上出门逛街，保安人员随处可见，安全第一！
