装修很新很漂亮总体满意，但：40平方应该是建筑面积包括公摊面积，实际面积约25平方，门不错按密码的，睡觉时做了个梦，梦见有陌生人按密码进来，梦醒后果断穿好衣服，果不其然梦实现了，两位貌似保洁女子在早上10点多不敲门直接按密码进来了，不是规定12点退房的呀！房间没有找到烟灰缸.洗澡的下水有点缓慢.进门的开关不灵.其它都挺好的
