  前台妹妹小冯Feng待人亲切，甜美可人，所有注意事项微信告知。外卖是机器人送上来的。 酒店是宠物友好，我们订的套房，很宽敞，衞生间也超级大，隔音很好。 1楼还有咖啡自助区，早饭也挺不错的，健身房该有的设施都有，希望下次有机会再次入住。

  全家一起送孩子上学选择了这家酒店，因为预订的房间不合适，联系到酒店前台，第一时间给予了调换。办理入住时见到了电话联系的前台小姑娘小冯，她的的贴心问候和热情周到地服务让我们感受到了宁波的温度，大大增加了对这个城市的美好印象。进入房间真的是宽敞明亮，视野开阔，酒店一楼还有洗衣房及健身房，总体来説性价比不错旅游和出差都比较推荐

  这家酒店位置非常好非常便利。我入住的房间宽敞且干净整洁，床铺非常舒适，让我睡得非常安稳。BOBBY的服务态度超级好，一进酒店就热情地接待了我，还主动帮我安排行李寄存和房间升级。酒店的早餐种类丰富，味道也很好，完全超出了我的预期
