绝对差评！！！
底下员工犯的错，身为前台经理一直推卸责任，也不能给予满意的处理，能力太差！
凌晨1点左右，我提前两个电话向确认是否可以在携程定全天房，然后提早入住，前台确认了两遍，说是可以。第二天被前台经理告知变卦了，昨晚那个前台是实习生不太懂，而且下班睡觉去了。。。我呵呵。
出了问题不以酒店的名义处理，还把责任推给底下的人，让底下人赔钱。。。服务能力差的一比

酒店环境还是不错的，性价比可以。唯一不爽的就是我跟女朋友定了大床房有单人早餐，前天晚上问了前台说要不要再买一份早餐，前台说拿房卡就可以。没让我们买。早餐去吃的时候，工作人员说要补一张，觉得买一张，估计也就30几块钱就算了，说58元，一个早餐58元，不如去抢啊，想钱想疯了，吃过五星级的早餐都没觉得什么，一个普通酒店早餐能有什么，懒得吃了回酒店收拾完退房。
