我是看医生才住这个酒店，因为离中医院近，方便。可是四星酒店的服务与卫生我不敢恭维。我每星期都是住两天，这次住的很不舒心，我定的都是行政套房，第一天去入住因为本人掉头发，所以我要求第二天换床带杯套，结果一直没有给我换，前台也说没办法。请问酒店方，我定行政套房，付了两天的钱，你们就给我一天的服务吗？真对不起星级酒店的称号，我平时经常出差，住酒店，第一次遇到这样的问题。你们的星级服务呢？以后再也不住了。不联系朋友们入住，宁可多花钱住干净点的。服务好点的。谢谢。

酒店还可以，就是服务特别差，卫生不干净，我定的是套房，两天，我要求第二天换床单，结果都没给我换，本身住酒店就是为了干净，我付两天的房费，你们就给我一天的服务？还不如别的五星级酒店。失望

酒店环境很好，定的豪华大床房，300+的价格可以拥有那么大的房型很不错。还有洗衣机和冰箱，就是冲水马桶不怎么好用，客服电话有时候打不通，这点不好。早餐相当丰富，很好，110以下小孩免费。总之是性价比很不错的酒店，赞一个！
