房间还可以，但没有浴袍。入住当天气温12度，竟然没空调，反映后有个女服务员来看，态度蛮好，但解决不了问题。第二天空调才开。前台服务员态度冷淡。

酒店的地理位置较偏，但是喜欢安静的朋友可以去，硬件很好，酒店前面的东钱湖景就像一幅画，让人舒服。自己喜欢。
