酒店周围环境不错，提供租自行车服务，总台服务有待改善，去之前弄一个开元酒店会员会方便很多，酒店泳池不错，订的是湖景大床房8123，可是床垫有问题就换了一间三楼园景的，价格也不知到怎么样，个人感觉还是湖景的比较好有阳台，工作人员也没有给任何解释

外观看着挺不错的，可入住时前台的服务就像其他客人点评的一样，一点笑容都没有，真的像欠她们钱一样，我们入住那天天很冷，我还特地关照因为有宝宝，希望给我们安排一间好一点的房间，没想到还是给我们安排了一间朝北的房间，地暖形同虚设，空调开了一夜都不暖和，早餐也不行，不过除了前台，其他人员的服务还是不错的。

酒店和周边环境非常好，去的不是时候，前几天热的时候去就可以游泳了，天太冷叫了餐到房间，结果菜都吃完了饭才来，菜的味道还是不错的，另外早餐也不错，反正就是宁波人喜欢吃的，服务一般般。
