九龙湖开元度假村，在本地就非常有名。是很适合来旅游打卡的地方。这个酒店算是宁波市最好的酒店之一了，酒店的设施很完善，是一个宜居的好地方。风景超级漂亮，阳台上的景观极美。设施设备高效便捷，进店门口有礼宾员徐昊天帮忙拎行李，进店后有礼宾员领进前台，热情，好客，开朗，前厅服务的非常的周到👍，前厅礼宾人员，服务特别热情周到，主动询问我的需求，帮我做了很多的事情，都是贴心的味道，之后行李员徐昊天又将我领进房间，帮我调好空调温度并细心的介绍酒店房间设施设备，并告知我酒店的楼层设施，健身房可以免费使用，然后发现手机没电充电器没带的我打了个电话向他寻求帮助，然后他就帮我送了一个充电器到房间了，真是太贴心了！！！我喜欢这里的样子，下次还会来入住。
