与开元同在景区内，大堂和早餐都是与开元共享的。景区内目前好像有三家餐馆，有个馄饨店只在晚上8点到10点开。靠近入口有些卖冻米糖臭豆腐等小吃的店。景区内靠河边有个茶馆，还有一些咖啡馆、酒吧貌似歇业了。订了名宿的枕水客房，一楼是双床，里面的门打开，出门就是一条河。二楼是大床房。相对来说更喜欢一楼，二楼的屋顶是斜的，窗户比较小。整个十七房景区建筑保存完好，小桥流水，有植物有动物，天气好的时候亲子休闲还是不错的。
