酒店硬件还行，软件太差。客人忘了退押金，在前台开票的时间，前台总共四人，两个站着无聊，两个操作电脑，根本没人说退押金的事，等到客人离开了，自己突然想起来押金还没退，电话给酒店，她们说是的。既然知道没退，为何不打电话给客人？客人不记起来，电话不打回去。这钱就消失了？一句抱歉也没有？
