1马桶圈上都是尿渍，五星级换个马桶圈成本很高？2送的小礼品盒内全是霉斑！还不如不送！3入住时被告知半小时后会打扫完。但是乐园回来后居然还是没打扫。致电总台，却告知电脑显示是已经打扫的屋子。问题出现在哪里？既然是五星，那请服务硬件都能genq上好嘛？特别是卫生状况！早餐品种很多还有自助晚餐虽然生鱼片每次每人只能取三片，但整体来说性价比还不错！重要的是红酒，啤酒，黑啤等各种饮品应有尽有！
