各方面挺好的，还免费给我升级为园景房，退房当天早上十点来钟本来让酒店送个沐浴露上来，十一点多都没送过来这一点的客房觉得做得不足，后来退房时将意见反映给前台了。本来有点气的，但后来酒店打我电话表示非常抱歉语气非常真诚，当时觉得被尊重，然后气就消了，希望持续改进，越做越好。
