环境干净整洁，是酒店式的公寓，很安静，也吵闹。楼下有公交，去市里面也比较方便。对面就是宁波文化广场。很不错一次体验。

没有打扫干净，沙发处有垃圾，电话服务台后也没有阿姨来打扫，不过，整体很满意，性价比非常高

房间卫生令人堪忧，办入住时，安排给我的第一间房居然没有收拾，床套居然没换，床中位置有粘糊液，让人一番想象，应该是刚发生抗战事件了。之后找到前台，安排到另一个房间，房间是有收拾的，床上有好多头发，但总比液体好！一言之，爽！

根本没有50平，床很硬还会嘎吱响。是不是对大平层有什么误解？找地方很麻烦，也没停车位，以后不会住了。就是离文化广场银泰城近一点这个优点，要不是订的酒店没房间了，也不会附近随便找一个来住。不值350
