该酒店一无酒店任何标志，二无法正常到达酒店大厅(门禁限制进出)，三不能出示营业执照(只有复印件，按工商管理条例必须挂营业执照原件)。出于对消费者的安全考虑，本人要求艺龙网退款处理。结果艺龙网拒绝正常有理申诉!艺龙网你就是这样的坑人吗?

说门口挂牌打扫卫生，其实根本就没有用。催前台总是拖拖拉拉，百般解释“我们酒店是通知打扫的”，打扫卫生的阿姨也是能懒则懒，换几个垃圾袋，洗浴毛巾就闪人了。卫生、服务差评！
