酒店的工作人员很友善，有求必应。早餐比较简单能吃饱。附近出行、吃饭、游玩也比较方便。不足之处是：吸烟的住客比较多，在电梯里也吸烟，给二手烟呛到。

雪梅服务态度非常满意，很温馨，在晚上八点左右会送来免费的水果及莲子羹。酒店卫生干净整洁，基本设施完整，就是能配上睡衣就更好了
