酒店的人性化服务非常棒！外出办事回到房间，本打算将该洗的衣服洗一下，没想到客房清扫大姐把放在脸盆的衣服用手洗干净并挂放好，让我非常意外，这种发自内心全心全意为顾客着想，让我感到震撼！我住过五星级酒店都没有碰到过这种服务，真是大赞????非常感谢！

比起鄞州区来，高新区的房价都比较高，宾馆也一样。周边比较冷清，道路暗，还好后面有几间小吃店。房间设计有点土气，墙纸贴蓝色条纹不好看，电视机柜写字台与洗脸台并成一条，而且房间一圈地砖中间放空放地毯更是另类。房间不大，厕所淋浴与房间没有隔断，全透明，感觉就是写字楼那种分隔法。不过，早餐很丰富，毕竟酒店是以餐饮为主

设施陈旧了，水龙头打开费劲。房间与图片不一致。与豪华两字不匹配。早餐无特色起码常识不知道，油条放水浴锅里闷着，全软了像水里捞出的一样，面条和馄饨也是，都沱了。
