环境不错，硬件也蛮好，但是细节不行。冰箱不制冷，服务员还要狡辩，叫了经理才解决。浴缸下水打不开；淋浴水时大时小；打扫房间后没有把茶包加满；跑步机有一台坏的，也没有明显标识。总之，管理有待加强。

酒店有蛮好的游泳池，可惜管理有瑕疵，游泳池更衣室地上水迹斑斑 也没人及时清理，搞得像社会公众开放泳池一样，没有一点五星度假酒店的舒适感。
餐厅服务员也是必须叫了才来收空盘。退房时前台也爱理不理，没有一点服务意识，只顾忙自己的。总之管理和服务有待加强！否则就可惜了这么好的硬件了。

酒店硬件设施很棒！可惜管理服务有点小缺陷，一周前就预定了四个标间和两个大床房，周日下午三点二十到酒店被告知标间还在打扫，让我们等待，而且整个前台就一个小女孩，又要接电话又要办理退房又要办理入住手续，根本招架不了！这就是五星级酒店的管理吗？把众多客人晾在一边，根本连回答问题的时间都没有都没人！
