酒店周围属于闹中取静，交通方便，火车站地铁都在附近，饮食也方便。同时价位上在宁波市区属于相当便宜了，性价比很高。缺点就是房间面积偏小，装修风格不错但感觉有些旧了，洗澡的花洒还是老式固定位置的。总的来说适合对价格敏感，对住宿要求不一般，又不喜欢连锁酒店的朋友
