卫生差，卫生间有好几根头发，作为一个高档酒店有些用品缺少，服务总台对客人不负责任，本来车停在酒店地下停车场，由于总台没提醒也没拿停车劵，多付了18元的停车费，这应该是服务中心的责任

前台给我们安排了一个最差的房间，提出要求换个房间，等了十几二十分钟才有人过来换房。酒店行政房居然这么Low，感觉就是进了公寓。入住时五星酒店前台接待基本服务都没有感受到

高新区的配套服务慢慢多起来了，但还是没有人气，不算方便。
酒店在一群高楼里显得环境很昏暗，不够透亮。
豪生在宁波的几个酒店选址都不是很让人舒服。
当然酒店软硬件可以的，早餐丰富，游泳池也不错。
