装修偏老旧，卫生状况很差，洗漱用品不齐全，连擦手巾都没有，床上用品没有清洗并更换，床单上残留前住客的体毛，还要我自己清理，住宿体验很差，希望这方面要改善，酒店服务不错，早餐较好！

三家朋友一起去宁波旅游的，在网上看了客户的点评选了这家酒店，位置比较好找，一打车司机就知道，离火车站十分钟车程。酒店卫生不错，就是卫生间的设施偏旧了些，真心好换了。客服很礼貌，早餐种类少了些， 但是还算可以，吃的饱饱的，提前一天预约，第二天还可以有送火车站服务。有水果赠送的
