第三次入住了，一次比一次不如意。酒店的设施还可以，有浴缸，淋浴喷水也大。房间的床很软，靠椅很舒服，电视机很大。但是服务真的太差了，宇达跟一街之隔的新金星宾馆无法比较。前台一副冷冰冰的模样。让保洁拿个东西也是不情不愿的。洗手间拉门也是坏的。新金星晚上送甜品有水果，接送客人去车站，自驾还能洗车，这里啥也没有。新金星的服务员有笑脸，要东西随叫随到。而这里一副苦瓜脸。管理者应该好好反思反思，我看这酒店客流不多。的确没有比较没有竞争就没有伤害，现在任何行业都是供大于求，酒店是服务业，服务不好，谁去住？我说的比较激进，但是实事求是。有责改之，将来客人就会多了！

出差经常住这家酒店、以前水免费的水也变的不好了、牙膏牙刷t、跟那些几十块钱的旅馆一样一样的东西了、服务态度一人不怎么样啦、以后肯定不会做啦、
