酒店就是典型的英伦风格，服务超赞，房间也特别大，家人都非常满意。北侧就是宁波科技馆，带孩子去转了一圈，很不错。因为我们是自驾，晚上开车去了市区三江口，老外滩，并不像网评那么堵车啊。

酒店地理位置佳，在宁波市文化广场旁边，卫生、环境、设施相当好，是家英伦风格酒店，其它都很好，就是12日31日文化广场在开跨年演唱会，路那是一个叫堵，好不容易开到门口说住店的也不让进，不得又绕了一圈20分钟和总台联系后才让进，以后望改进，服务4分。

想不到这么高端酒店竟然存在各种三流酒店的问题n，小问题不累赘了，主要的一个是冰箱噪音实在受不了，酒店应该给人提供安静的睡眠环境是最基础的，放个小冰箱晚上噪音至少六十分贝，像发电机一样不停的响着，还不能轻易拔掉电源头，另外一个大问题就是床边电源接口，松的不行，手机充电稍微动一下就断n，还有一个是放出来的水竟然有虫子，还两次，那种看上去比较小像蟑螂形状的，无线网络也不尽人意n，顶多三星水平

酒店硬件设施非常赞，就是地理位置有点偏，周边配套设施餐饮什么的不多，另外就是早餐如果能持续到11点就完美了

设计很现代化，大堂布置很有品位，服务员热情好客，希望能够保持。特别是房卡都是设计成粉红系列，非常别致，没有那么严重的商务味道😄
