酒店位置很好，隔壁文化广场，银泰城，坂急，吃饭购物很方便。酒店服务也很棒，虽然半夜被其他客人打扰了，值班经理第一时间安抚了，迎宾小金很热情。

最近来宁波出差都赶上了台风，和上次不同的是这次选对了住的酒店，连住四晚，完全不想走。酒店地理位置很棒，隔壁就是五一和文化广场～中午开完会在ikart跑两场卡丁车，晚上阿毛吃完饭在茶隐喝喝茶，然后回酒店舒舒服服的接着搬砖-_-前台和保洁非常热情专业，特别要表扬客服经理Renee小姐姐，超级热心。希望下个月不再有台风天

免费升级了房型，服务很热情，晚餐在酒店三楼明阁吃的，赞哦！房间很大，看出去风景很好很棒呢～～周边是文化广场，科技馆 图书馆 大剧院都很近 ，离阪急百货也不远，吃喝玩乐还是方便的。

高铁站过来打车半小时左右，周围环境很好青荫成林绿水环绕，人流较少。房间单人住大小合适，很宽敞，床超级大。浴室没门都是玻璃，二个人住的话就尴尬了?? 从门口到前台到客房服务员都态度很好。
