入住宁波南苑饭店让人感觉有超值的享受，虽然是老酒店了，但依然保持真正的五星级的服务水准，从大堂接待，总台服务，到入住后楼层的客房服务都很规范，热情，酒店虽然老旧，但依然干净，卫生，服务依然比其它几家五星级酒店亳不逊色，值得入住

卫生间地垫及枕头有毛发，半夜卫生间漏水，楼上的洗澡水流下来。客房服务说换房间，大半夜的嫌麻烦没换。总之设备老旧，说是五星，但房间又小。
