作为4星级的酒店，入住后看到房间的样子，有点儿失望(豪华大床房)。早餐我觉得和7天差不多(或者稍好)，也许是因为去过万豪？让我最满意的，就是酒店人员的服务了，一直都是满脸笑容，温柔可人，赞。
酒店交通位置不错，打车去老外滩，火车站之类的，都很近。

走进酒店接待我们的是位可爱型的小姑娘（吴莹），甜甜的笑容就给人一种温和的感觉，帮我安排好房间，告知一切事项，服务热情周到；同样酒店其他人员服务也很好，入住房间送上当季水果；遇上问题一个电话过去马上过来解决。为你们的热情点赞！晚上懒得出去就在酒店自助晚餐，去的时候正好碰上海鲜季，所以晚餐都以海鲜为主，吃饱喝足！

前台热情，知道十一情况特殊，但房间小，装修旧，淋浴未更新，停车收费的事实历历在目，鼓励大厅，早餐，区位都可以，性价比还是够的
