前台服务太差，不热请，还要客户自己去问这里是否能办理入店手续，也没告知几楼，还得自己问。房间里空调坏的，修了还是坏的动了一晚。离店时没有当面确认房间内物品，虽然拿了2个小包的私密啫喱12元一小包，一个一次性纸盒包装的剃须刀20元，合计44元，等我们离店都上车好一会了，打电话让我们还回去，还是正常的，毕竟拿了要付钱的，因为是家里老人拿的当时没看，把店里支付宝或微信号发来，44元肯定付钱，总之这是超级差评，还4星5星高级酒店？！！！下次来旅游再也不会光顾了……
