客观得说，酒店硬件什么的都不错，但整个酒店的前台服务不敢恭维：1:全程冷脸无笑；2:一入住就让你五星好评是什么意思，给五星好评送小礼物是什么意思，果断拒绝；3:晚上叫个美团外卖，由于酒店电梯需要刷卡，外卖小哥上不来，我叫前台送上来，前台不愿意送，我又让她帮忙刷一下电梯卡，极不情愿的说“我知道了”说完挂断电话。整个服务团队我不知道有没有培训过，礼貌用语、服务意识和理念完全感觉不到，开元系也算浙江大品牌了，真没想到服务态度居然连普通的经济酒店都比不上，让我这个外地人非常震惊，以后绝对不会再住！
