酒店设施达不到5星，服务很好，基本的灯开关都不好使，最受不了的是床上面的射灯关了还在一闪一闪，要关闭床边的总开关才没有，吹风机不能在厕所使用，厕所的电压达不到吹风机的电压数值，早餐还可以种类不是很多

很不错的酒店，设施优良，服务到位！国庆假期的家庭游客和平时的商务客人，对酒店是完全不同的客群。位置虽是新区，但交通便利，适合自驾用户。我们是酒店+罗蒙环球乐园，开过去30分钟

酒店很不错，就是有点偏远，附近买东西不是很方便，房间很大，自助早餐和晚餐也都很好，在宁波算很不错的啦。值得一提的是这里的服务，尤其是餐饮部的服务员，服务的非常到位，态度很诚恳。下次还会选择这里，价格也算有竞争力，唯一觉得奇怪的就是结算要分2次刷卡，房费和押金要分开收，这个难理解。还有，入住的时候，问题实在太多了，虽然是热情服务，但是这么多问题让人觉得很讨厌。空调修了2次，才能用，这个也是小缺陷。其他都不错，值得推荐！
