环境超美了 园林设计和维护得非常棒 早餐很赞 没有失望 游泳池不错 湖一般 酒店逛逛都很爽 我们住酒吧“红”的边上 房间60平有后院 很喜欢这样的房间 我们一家因为G20被迫停留在宁波 选择这家酒店 就是离店时才发现没有给我酒吧买一赠一 下次别忘记给啊 秋天再来一次 应该不错

酒店预订前想先电话了解情况，一开始打不通。预订后电话想核对艺龙的前台回复很模糊无精打采，推诿不负责任。入住时套餐内配套的两份双人早餐要求必须两人入住资料才提供，其他酒店从未见过这样奇怪的要求。前台服务的热情让人觉得很假，酒店其他方面都很到位，尤其在咨询中餐厅位置时，酒店路过的工作人员很详细的指路并提醒我们至门口直接叫车，环境很幽静。

定的普通客房，2点半到前台登记入住的时候前台建议我升级成湖景房，当时表示怀疑，前台升级成136房间，果然是四面靠湖的，酒店户外泳池不错，中餐厅味道很好。早餐也很丰盛！
