酒店选址很好，远离喧嚣，由古村落重建而成，所以设施建筑既有老村落的韵味，也有标准酒店的舒适。酒店的服务还不错，期间发生了一些不很满意的事情，酒店都能解决，事后也有回访，虽然没有补偿也就这样了。客房内提供的饮料咖啡是胶囊咖啡，茶叶也是有机茶，量足品质高。洗浴用小品，品质也很好。早餐品质很不错，人少，服务极好，也算对得起房价。要说缺点的话，就是各单位的协调细节不够，第一天房间没打扫，下午回来后打电话才来打扫，可能清洁人员不知道我们是住两天的，以为我们要退房的。开夜床时间把握也有待提高，我们吃完晚餐后回房间了，才过来，打扰了我们休息。希望以后能持续改善，提高更好的体验及舒适度。

酒店在东钱湖畔，离市区较远，适合自驾。酒店景观做得很好，湖景也是非常漂亮，还有昆曲演员在表演，显得酒店很有格调。房间设施齐全，但稍旧，有些地方设计不够科学。例如淋浴房没有门，洗澡容易外溅。床头附近没有电源插座，晚上手机充电不是太方便。电吹风质量太差，使用时都不是很安心。酒店员工服务热情，早餐很丰富。酒店入住体验感很不错，值得一来。

应该是我家小朋友最喜欢的酒店中最近最常去的一家了，更多时候我们是去钱湖渔港吃饭的，小朋友也是想起来就要求去吃一顿顺带晒太阳散步玩耍，很舒服的酒店。
