酒店还行。入住没返我现金，你们系统出错还说是我没入住，同程客服业务水平有待提高，好歹返了我一部分钱，还差我40元没返，我也不要了，烦。电话打了1个半小时，客服转了5个，我不上班的吗？不要电话费的吗？很不愉快的一次预定！

帮亲戚订的。还不错。同程说是入住系统有问题，一开始说我订单取消不返现了，我在系统上一直显示未入住状态并拍了照，再我再三要求下，才帮我跟酒店核实重新录入，服务有待提高，这么多年的老客户都这样对待，现在竞争这么激烈还有人来么？上班时间浪费了我50分钟的电话时间！ 到底是系统问题，还是后台人员失误，就不得而知，总之，人员业务服务能力还待提高、
