酒店像个公园很大，就是进去的入口处路两边还在造有些许不方便，酒店比较新所以一进房间里面得味道还是有点大的要开窗通通风，整体环境服务都不错，楼层低，湖景也就将就，大家也别太纠结于湖景不湖景的都差不多～早餐还不错，就是时间能再延后点就更好了，睡懒觉起来稍微有点赶

酒店湖景房一流，但是隔音效果不好，听其他房间声音很清楚；其次酒店防蚊液没用，小孩子一晚上被咬了很多包！最后酒店自助餐一般且租自行车环湖没有儿童可以用的。

房间干净 环境优美 设施不错 服务态度很好 在满庭芳吃饭 被告知一个菜没有了 其实也没等很长时间 退了一个菜 又送了一个菜 非常愉快的经历
东钱湖这个地方还在开发中 过几年可以再来玩一下

非常喜欢这家酒店 安静 酒店依山伴水 就是一个风景优美的地方 更喜的是紧邻小普陀景区 散步就过去了 美中不足的是我们的高级湖景房没有阳台。

很愉快的一次旅行。和父母还有宝宝一起。之前已经写了一条了。这条也就不多说什么了。唯一一个缺点，儿童游乐区可以再多点内容。嘻嘻
