大厅不是很大但很香，服务一般吧，没多少感受到，退房很快，房间很大，卫生干净，毕竟五星，设施相对五星一般，没有按摩浴缸，没有智能马桶，没找到一次性刮胡刀，电视节目没找到少儿频道。

酒店硬件不错，但在五星级酒店里也不算特别好。不过服务就真的是超级好，是我住过的五星级酒店里边最好的。另外酒店的位置很好，江景房和自助早餐的风景都很好。

国内香格里拉酒店中很好的一家，硬件设施不错，服务绝对国内一流，贴心细致，最喜欢它的大气，尽显这个品牌的气质特色，大堂和前台服务水平和态度尤赞。下次来宁波还会入住。
