入住办理4个多小时，还没给房。安排好的下午的行程全部泡汤了，………。12点多办入住，说找不到订单，把艺龙订单的截屏给他看，硬是说名字错了……差不多一个小时，说是房间没好让我们过二小时，二点多，同一定单的另外二位办入住，又是找订单…又快一小时才给了一个房，三点半又去还是没房，到四点半给一个房，第三间什么时候给？？？？？，整整5个小时搞不定
