入住时发生了很不愉快的小插曲，在同程下单成功后，及时和酒店电话确认了订单，结果在办理入住时却找不到订单信息，真心绝望啊！！前台又去吃饭了，还让我自己和同程电话处理，足足处理了近半个小时，酒店帮我免费升了房，家庭套房是套头儿子系列，总算弥补了下受伤🤕的心
