离火车站公交两站路、打车10块钱左右，天一广场步行15分钟！酒店洗漱用品不错，不用自带！房间硬件设施也很棒，入住时还有欢迎水果，早餐虽然简单，但是对我来说很够吃了！虽然是民宿但是安全方便比星级酒店还要靠谱，很适合我这种一个女生单独出差的情况。下次来宁波住宿的话还是首选书房酒店

酒店的布置很特别，很喜欢这样的调调！服务态度和卫生都是很好的。唯一一个是床都是1.6的，比较适合个人或者两个人。
