不是很愉快的一次入住，预定的时候艺龙显示6点前可以前往酒店入住，下午一点半去酒店，被告知无法入住，说酒店规定3点才能登记入住，住过很多五星酒店，从来没有遇到这样的。等待了45分钟入住后，房间里没有纸巾房间dvd还有点触电，洗手间淋浴房玻璃上全是灰尘！！包括下午的不愉快等待以及房间多次服务不周，甚至一个水果盘都没有！最差的一次喜达屋酒店旗下的入住感受，失望！对这家酒店的服务真心不满意！

很人性化订了两间房，其中一个亲子房，小朋友对房间里的玩具很满意，住店期间还去蛮有特色的透明泳池游泳了，入住当天到店比较早前台很周到的办理了提前入住，壁橱里还有一套床品，再多一个人住也不错！满意！
