除了位置好外，威斯丁品牌外，硬件感觉很一般就像三四百的酒店，对不起九百多的价格。还是喜欢住索菲特的酒店。

第一次在宁波选择这家酒店，刚下车礼宾小伙拉车门，服务这块太棒了。接下来的事情让我感觉到如果不是带着孩子我肯定不住这家酒店。因为在网上预定的，她们说是先满足到店直接预定的顾客，需等半个小时，这个大家都能理解，半个小时后，问前台告诉我们的却是预订部吃饭了，还需要等，当时艺龙客服联系说是再等15分钟，没想到15分钟后还是不行。后来通过沟通才安排吸烟的楼层，距离这个事件发生已经1个多小时，带着孩子入住吸烟楼层，还等了一个多小时，对于五星的酒店这种服务我也是无语！如果说网上价格便宜，你们不意愿接待或者这样的区别的话。我只能呵呵！

挺久没住了，入住有点小插曲，订单是已经确认了，提供证件告知未收到通知，提供订单号却说已完成入住，结果居然第三天把我名字打错，这种失误我想有点不应该，酒店还是比较给力，及时帮我解决问题，很快安排我入住，所提要求也尽量满足，房间一如既往的舒适，电动窗帘开关有点不灵了，好了，不啰嗦了，睡觉
