老牌涉外酒店黄金地段，房间整洁干净。服务温馨周到。贴身管家赵行荣服务热情主动特别喜欢她的服务，酒店晚上还有酒酿圆子及牛奶赠送。有宾归如家的感觉。下次还会来酒店住宿

服务超好，办理入住时，很贴心的送热毛巾，倒茶水，去酒店房间有专门管家引领，给管家点赞，还送粉红拖鞋给女士；房间各功能讲解很到位。酒店位置绝佳，步行一会就到月湖公园和天一阁，房间还有阳台，夜景非常美！
