服务生小哥态度非常好，我们住在2号楼，小哥随叫随到，客房除了送水果，还送了两个狗娃娃。酒店位于雪窦山脚下，环境优美。客房还有一个小平台，可以远眺风景。

很少给差评的，但是这次入住实在很糟糕！酒店完全配不上五星的标准，虽然价格实惠，但这不是服务打折的原因！如果设施陈旧，在装修中，那么可以和客人提前告知，在客人提出后，可以想办法解决，升级或换房，不能只是说没办法！希望酒店重新装修后会有改观！

如果对入住品质有较高要求的，请慎重选择这家酒店。
一、晚上11点房间看球赛，居然其它客户开门进了我房间，妈呀。
二、年代久了，设施有点跟不上了。
三、酒店入住率低，我觉得酒店应该是亏损经营中，企业也挺悲剧的。
当然，如果就简单过一晚，还行。

住的景观房1楼，蚊子比较多，南面比背面好一些，有阳光，北面比较阴暗。设施比较老旧，淋浴喷头是固定的，给宝宝洗澡不太方便。
