1:艺龙提供的照片与酒店的实物是完全不一样的，酒店前台的解释是艺龙的照片还是旧的，网站没有更新；2:订房时特地看了下房间大小因为2大1小房间不能太小，看到有4.50平米才订的，结果一进房间懵了，不是一点的小，后来前台解释是建筑面积不是使用面积，好吧，我认了。3:洗完澡准备让孩子睡觉掀开被单，上面居然有血迹。电话前台要求更换被子，服务员过来拿的是秋冬款的厚被子，后来说柜子里有备用的被子，打开备用的2条比床上的那件更脏。后来服务员说给我们更换被套，最后拿回来的是大床的被套，看在服务员态度挺好的，所以都忍了；4：家庭房小孩子的床拿开枕头居然电线都露在外面，叫人怎么放心给孩子睡。5:小孩子的床上一股味道，一晚上睡得很煎熬。 总结：这个酒店除了所在的位置是优势，其他的真的没有一点是可以推荐的。

地处天一广场，离小杨生煎，缸鸭狗等名吃不远。若打车去火车站，南塘老街，城堭庙也就起步价多一点的路程。房间设施齐全，有洗衣机，油烟机，饮具等，就是隔音效果欠佳，总的来说还不错。
