环境非常好，服务态度也好，今天我一楼有小书屋和儿童玩耍曲嗯还有充电宝去和打印的区域，非常便民房间房间的干湿做得很好。有自己的停车场，虽然有点小，嗯，服务态度实在太好因为外卖没办法上楼和服务员都会帮忙送上门早上退房的时候嗯会免费再送两瓶水和停车圈。

唯一不足的地方就是，停车场都没有，停车费还要自己出，五一节假日676了，旁边的威斯汀也差不了多少。希望涨价服务也跟得上，其他都很满意，房间不错，还有汽水送。

设施跟高级大床房一样 房门改成了房卡开 就是床头灯不会亮 总开关也不好控制 喷头水量有点小 阿姨每天打扫的很早……

住了两次，环境一般，关键掉了东西在客房，当天晚上电话说是要到第二天才能查，到了第二天再问，查的结果是没有，还若无其事的告诉我那个房间没有住人进去，那我就想知道，我落下的东西无缘无语消失了，还是根本没查！（备注：住店时就在旁边天一广场买的新的化妆品！）以后再也不住了。
