高端大气上档次，价格优惠。但是居然要4点才能入住，也不提示下，说是VIP可以2点退房，等退完房需要打扫2小时，为什么VIP的延迟退房，是建立在下个住户的权益上呢？

我前一天住的南苑，只能说这个价格，住这个酒店，我也是呵呵了，灯上是灰尘，洗完澡身上是痒的，找不到电话，有事只能自己走到前台，没有门卡，每次进门要输入一大串密码，床上还有头发，直接退房了，我想下次我不会再住了

真的太郁闷了，之前怎么样也就不说了，说是12点退房，然后我们一大早出去玩，中午11点半回来才发现房间卡根本打不开了，呵呵哒，打电话过去还说会有人过来的，然后等了十分钟没有一个人过来，又去打一个手机电话的联系电话，再过了差不多5分钟总算来人了。太垃圾了，晚上呢，空调还没的，早饭说好的有，可是也没有的就是一个代金券。没用的。就是欺骗消费者啊。

酒店的位置很好，就在天一广场旁边，交通饮食，游玩都很方便。房间内的设施完善，比较干净整洁。
