公寓位于天一广场 Westin旁边那栋楼
很好找 前台在12楼 办理入住后 有一张电梯卡 和房卡 定的是双卧套房性价比高 房间很大 设施还OK 就是房间和卫生间的门关不严 有两个卫生间 主卧有浴缸 建议带好一次性浴缸套 但是入住当天空调正在整修 洗澡出来有点凉 而且是电热水器 一家子要排队洗澡 还要等待水烧开 有点不方便 房间内 有洗衣机 微波炉 冰箱（没有电）电磁炉等电器

这个酒店位于宁波最繁华的商业街天一广场，前台在12楼，我们找的时候颇费了些功夫，前台免费升级了高级豪华房，房间环境还是不错的，小厨房，洗衣机一应俱全。像个小家一样温馨舒适。就是说好送迎宾水果的，房间里没有。我们也没好意思要。就是停车不好，没有免费的停车。我第二天中午走的付了50停车费。

本来定的同一个大楼的 优宿酒店 我用驾照登记入住 不给入住，拿出护照也不给入住，港澳通行证也不行，(我身份证拿去工商局办事情去了 没带身上) 他们只接受身份证，，且态度不好，说墙上写着住宿要求，让我仔细看…，说话生硬，搞得我很气愤，拍他们工号计划投诉，酒店前台和那个女经理竟然说随便，她有权不欢迎我入住，随便我去哪里投诉……，无奈，我致电艺龙申请退房退款。 改订了柏澜酒店，酒店配置一样的 都是公寓房 柏澜接受驾照入住，建议不要去那个牛x哄哄优宿。 优宿酒店服务员太牛叉啦，如果我是你老板，都要解雇你俩八回啦。你们竟然工作在以服务打天下的酒店业……
