作为艺龙十几年的老会员了，这个酒店是我必须想说说的：第一是位置超好，在天一广场，各位想吃喝玩乐的朋友住在这里简直不要太方便，下楼即可；第二是服务态度不错，我大年初五带着近80岁的老母亲上午11点到，公寓酒店前台的小妹先主动提出给我们升级豪华高级家庭房，又主动推荐硬床，说硬床的话老人会休息得更好，实际情况是，硬床也很柔软，很舒服,又建议我们可以先去周围吃个午饭，待他们把房间整理好再电话通知我。在我们中餐快用完的时候，接到了前台小妹的电话，真是很负责；第三是房间感觉非常有质感，可能面积达不到五星，其他五星参考，洗手台、洗浴、坐便分离，很方便，再就是一张大1.8米大床，一张1.2小床，住一家四口都可以，我和妈妈2人住，很宽敞的说；第四就是的房内的备品真是太贴心了，反正我想用到的，都有，最赞的就是做饭的了：以前住公寓式酒店从没有做饭的欲望，我甚至想给妈妈在这里包一次饺子！住在这里三晚，居然做了好几餐饭太舒适方便了！真心感觉到酒店的经营者是非常用心了！当然，要是在洗手台这里设置一个手巾杆就最完美啦，一定会推荐朋友来住，我如果下次来宁波，一定还会住这里！
