四星的酒店，五星的服务。住了2天，酒店设施不错，房间也整理的很干净，关键是它的服务，贴心到心坎，全程微笑，门童积极主动提携行李，对酒店的介绍如数家珍，早餐可以一对一，介绍品种，还主动把面食，饮料送到餐桌，感觉是自助，又胜于自助。对于带娃的客人，绝对可以给你好多惊喜，餐厅服务员在拿来宝宝椅的同时还准备了娃的小礼物，第二天还送了小狗??，而且房间里也会准备点心和水果，晚上还有营养羹。就酒店本身而言，感觉是完美的，很好奇他们是怎么做到的，或许这就是所谓的文化吧…

从来没住过这么差的酒店，隔音太差了，一进房间臭的不行，9.20号晚上登记的前台男的态度太差了，强烈建议酒店处理这种人，
