酒店位置较好，交通便利，服务态度较好，不足之处是卫生间是开放式的，比较突兀，且没有抽风机，使用后很尴尬，望改进。

春节初一预定的家庭房，床和枕头很舒服，缺点是桌椅、沙发设施比较陈旧。房间里有淋浴还有浴缸，浴缸里很多污渍。酒店前台服务很好。

国庆期间能订到真和真得太值得了，性价比很高。酒店十几楼以上有行政机关办公，感觉这个酒店就很正规，有安全感！从泽民地铁A口出来，沿环城西路树荫直行1000米就到了，我步行约15分钟。房间床品很干净仔细查看过。早餐不错，早餐券写7点早餐，因要赶车提早去餐厅看看能否吃上早餐，没想到6点45就可用餐，好开心！酒店前面有大超市，大门对面转角的牛骨头面味道好量足一个砂锅25元，一个人吃不完。
这次住了3晚，下次来宁波还会再选择真和大酒店！如果说有需要改进的地方，就是餐厅煎蛋的灶台，抽油烟机安装一个，才不会有油烟味
